Do you accept Returns(Refunds)/Exchanges

We can provide refunds up until the day your item ships. We are willing to provide refunds and/or exchanges if you recieve the package and have it returned to sender never have being opened. Once you open the package that is delivered to you, you have effectively and agree to that you can no longer refund or exchange these items. To many breeder packs can be opened and have seeds replaced and we can no longer guarantee the genuiness of these items.

Like everything in life there are exceptions to these rules. All the breeders listed in the exceptions are below can be exchanged for another item. No refunds will be provided for the below exceptions but we will be glad to provide account credit or exchange for an item(s) equal in value. To understand why these breeders are exceptions is they are in anti-tamper packaging. As long as these items haven’t been opened and are still in original condition (unless damaged in shipping) they can be exchanged.
