Black Skunk by Kingdom Organic Seeds
This is a Gambler at this point as I have not seen it yet. However, I originally made this for a little prime breeding stock and I happen to make more of them than I needed. That being said, this combo is likely to end up with either super skunk, or super cat piss terpenes. That Nag Champa part of the terps donated by the Black Forrest male should prove to be interesting and uber exotic in this recombination.
The yields will be large, and while the flowering time goes a couple weeks past 10 weeks (very likely) it should be well worth the extra time. I’m super excited to see this one myself. I am obviously classifying this one as a Gambler because I don’t know 100% for sure it rocks, but I feel very strongly that it will be something special, wicked potent, intense, and the smells and flavors should be outta this world exotic.
This is a very limited release as I don’t have tons of these seeds, so get some while the getting is good, and the price is right—pretty safe gamble here, as usual—wink.
Lineage
Male Breeder(s) Deets: 1 single Black Forrest F1 male who was a very superior specimen was used in this cross. I had selected him as a backup to make Black Forrest F2s, but as fate would have it, I lucked way out and got a killer male original Vietnam Black I used instead. Not wanting to waste the male Black Forrest I pollenated a killer clone I have had for a time now of the Red Russian Skunk.
Female Breeder(s) Deets: 1 single Red Russian Skunk female was selected for this cross. I selected her because she was the rarest and arguably the most potent phenotype in the Red Russian Skunk genotype/line I call the “Piney” phenotype. The sharp piney (pine) terps of this one are really gonna ‘splode in combo with the BForrest.
Growing Instructions
Please do not sprout these on a 24/0 photoperiod and KOS recommends 16/8 for sprouting and until 30 days old. Then switch to 18/6. Alternately…
Using a flowering photoperiod of 12/12 on sprouts for their first 10 days above ground, then switching them to an 18/6 photoperiod will allow you to easily sex them at 30 days of age—give or take 3 days.
Always allow plants to get at least 55 days old from sprouting, before starting to flower for maximum resin production. Plants grown from seed work much better outdoors in the ground than clones do. Alternately, clones work much better in containers than plants from seeds do. Sprout seeds in ambient temps of 75 – 85 deg. F. Obviously KOS always recommends organically growing our gear in living soil for the full appreciation of smells and flavors, among many other reasons—cheers!
WARNINGS: This recombination is highly likely to cause paranoia for those prone to it under the influence of powerful sativas. The onset time of this one will be decent and at least 10 minutes to 20 minutes after smoking should you judge your level of cannabis influence. This one is likely not a good choice for sleeping on either.
